Get help in three easy ways! Email, Web Portal, or Call!

 

Starting in January 2024, we are using a new ticketing system called HubSpot. You may receive emails from HubSpot related to tickets - this is normal and expected.


You can open a ticket in three simple ways:
  1. Email in a support ticket to:

  2. Via the web portal here:
    File a Support Ticket
  3. Call us!
    Great Falls office: 406-468-1200

Non-emergencies: please call between 10am - 3pm.
Emergencies: 8am-5pm.
